Getting started

Typically, clients commit to an agreed series of sessions within a set timeframe and have the autonomy to schedule their sessions within that timeframe to suit their needs.

The conversation starts with figuring out what you want to achieve, in what context and what timeframe. As the relationship progresses, we begin to map your systems, challenge your preconceptions, explore what might be holding you back and move towards the most rewarding bit – making the change.

My role as your coach is to help you see how radical change is possible even by switching out the smallest levers in your system. I will always be curious and do this in a supportive, challenging and intuitive way.

Time, place and cost

I work face-to-face and will come to you (in Central and SW London), or we can meet online. I am available weekdays and offer primarily daytime sessions (08:30-18:00) although I occasionally have space for evening work.

Our first session together is 90 minutes, then you choose the duration (typically 60, 90 or 120 minutes) and frequency (usually every 2-4 weeks) of each subsequent session.

Prices start from £150 per hour.

What next?

To make initial contact, simply call me or complete the form, I will usually respond within 48 hours (weekdays). From there, we can schedule an introductory call where you can ask all your questions, and I can ask some of mine. The call will last no more than about 30 minutes and is free of charge, with no obligation.
